Painting, Music, and Community at The Longest Table in Bay City
Share
At this year’s Longest Table event for the United Way of Bay City, art and music came together to bring the community closer than ever. McMath Art was honored to participate with a full live performance featuring painting, a full band, and interactive crowd moments that made the night unforgettable.
As guests gathered along the riverfront at one long communal table, they were treated to more than just a meal. With Mike McMath singing live with a wireless mic and painting on stage, the evening became a unique fusion of entertainment and creativity. The audience didn’t just watch—they took part. Guests were invited up to add brushstrokes to the painting throughout the night, becoming part of the experience and the artwork itself.
The final piece captured the essence of the evening: friends, neighbors, and strangers sharing a meal, watching the sunset, and creating something beautiful together. It’s moments like this that remind us of the power of community and the role that art can play in bringing people together.
Whether it's for a nonprofit fundraiser, gala, or public celebration, Empty Canvas performances by McMath Art offer a completely unique and personal way to engage an audience.
